We have been honored to be part of the 2017 Might Millions Raffle in the Bonnie Brae neighborhood of Denver this year to benefit the Children’s Hospital of Colorado. What started as a dilapidated, abandoned home was brought back to life by The Grant Real Estate Company and will now become a new home for a great family, in a great part of town.
The house on S. Elizabeth in the Bonnie Brae neighborhood had been in the same family for more than 75 years. The original owners raised their children here in years past, and contributed to the Denver area in many ways. After the property was purchased, the Grant Real Estate Company began the rebuilding process that renewed the property and added to the value of the neighborhood.
